This gelato is manufactured by Mr. Yoshitaka Taniguchi, a gelato maestro certified by the Japan Gelato Association. Mr. Taniguchi, who once worked as an owner chef of Italian cuisine, repeated trials with the idea of “I want to make blue color gelato using the natural pigment butterfly pea!”, And finally BIWAKO BLUE Gelato (chocolate flavor) was completed. The gentle blue gelato is addicted because of the richness of chocolate and the original smoothness of gelato.
