Original sweet from Butterfly Pea natural blue

There are two types of food powder from Butterfly Pea.
“Original powder”, which is a hygienic(sterilized) powder of dried flowers using our unique technology, has character of its bright blue color. This powder is recommended for bread, chocolate and icing cookies.
“Extract powder”, which is a powder of blue extract extracted from flowers with hot water, has character of being soluble in water. The color can be easily adjusted depending on the application. So it is suitable for jelly , ice confectionery, and drinks.
